Cookbook: Collaboration with Sweet Phi

Philia of Sweet Phi is an accomplished cookbook author, food stylist, and based in Milwaukee, WI. She’s been blogging, much like me, for 15+ years and has established herself as a go-to food stylist in our area. I got to collaborate with her on a special test project, in anticipation of an upcoming larger project. As a food stylist cookbook author, Phi spends most of her time developing recipes as well as styling them for various client projects.

For this cookbook and editorial-style food shoot, we focused on a Blue Zone, specifically the Mediterranean, nutrition and common foods. We wanted to incorporate incredible, diverse recipes inspired by that region, and add Phi’s family-friendly twist to each one. Phi developed every one of these recipes for the whole family to enjoy. She often focuses on themes like this: easy, family-friendly, quick recipes, in order to make them approachable and easy to make even for a busy family.
